A straightforward agreement.

The service

WebSuitable Inc. provides Privacyside to measure approved website activity. You must control websites you add, keep account credentials secure, and choose lawful collection settings. Do not send personal data, secrets, advertising profiles, or prohibited identifiers through analytics events.

You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter this agreement for yourself or the organization you represent. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during your subscription. You retain ownership of your website content and data; we retain rights in our software and branding.

Plans and usage

Privacyside includes all features and up to ten websites. The fixed monthly price depends on your chosen pageview allowance, shared across all websites, from $5 USD for 50,000 to $119 USD for 10 million monthly pageviews, or $7 CAD to $169 CAD for the same allowances when you select Canadian dollars. Subscriptions renew in your selected billing currency. See the pricing selector for each allowance and price. New accounts receive a 14-day trial starting at signup, with no payment card required. The trial includes all features, up to ten websites, 50,000 pageviews in total and a safety cap of 250,000 total events. Trial usage does not reset monthly. No automatic charge occurs when the trial ends; collection pauses until you subscribe, and existing reports remain available. Choosing a paid plan ends the trial and starts paid monthly access after provider verification. A trial cannot be restarted by changing plans. After the trial, an active paid subscription is required for collection. Billing periods and cancellation terms are shown in Checkout and the customer portal. Successful payment-provider state determines access. There are no automatic overage charges. Collection pauses at quota; UTC calendar-month usage resets independently of subscription anniversaries. Custom events are capped at five times the plan pageview allowance including pageviews. Archived websites still count toward the website limit.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancel through the billing portal before the next renewal to stop future charges. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Upgrades take effect when confirmed in the portal and may create a prorated charge shown there. A lower-priced allowance is scheduled for the end of the billing period. Failed or overdue payment may pause collection; historical reports remain available subject to retention and account status. A refund request does not itself cancel renewal until we confirm the refund and cancellation.

You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that payment by emailing help@privacyside.app from your account email address. This policy applies only to your first payment, not renewals or subsequent payments. An approved first-payment refund ends the subscription and paid access. Except where required by law, other payments are non-refundable and partial billing periods are not prorated. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Taxes

Prices are in your selected US or Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated using your billing information and shown before you confirm payment. Provide accurate billing details and any applicable business tax identification. WebSuitable Inc. is registered for Canadian GST/HST.

Accuracy and availability

Reports count accepted events and are affected by blockers, privacy settings, bots, spoofed traffic, limits, and outages. Privacyside does not report independently verified people or guaranteed complete traffic. Availability and performance targets require a separately agreed service level.

Data and cancellation

You control website settings and exports. Website and account deletion erase active analytics through the documented erasure workflow. Billing records and backup retention may follow separate legal/provider obligations. Export before deleting; deletion is irreversible.

Acceptable use and suspension

Do not collect sensitive or personal identifiers, impersonate others, bypass quotas or authorization, attack the service, redistribute access without permission, or use it unlawfully. We may restrict or suspend activity reasonably necessary to address abuse, security incidents, non-payment or a material breach. We explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve it where practicable and lawful. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Processing your analytics

Your settings and lawful use of the service instruct us to receive, validate, aggregate, retain, export and erase website analytics for you. We limit access to authorized personnel and service providers under confidentiality obligations, apply the safeguards described in our privacy policy, and assist with applicable data-rights and security-incident requests. We notify affected customers without undue delay after confirming a breach affecting their data, with information reasonably available to us. Contact us before sending data that requires an additional processing agreement or specific international-transfer terms. We do not authorize personal data in event names, paths, campaigns or custom properties.

Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free reporting or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent the law permits that exclusion. To the same extent, WebSuitable’s total liability arising from the service is limited to fees you paid for it in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Service and agreement changes

We may improve the service and update these terms. We give at least 30 days’ account notice of a material contractual or price change before it applies to a future renewal, except changes needed sooner for legal or security reasons. Your current paid period is honored. You can cancel before a changed renewal. If we discontinue your paid service without your breach, we refund unused prepaid service fees as required by this agreement and applicable law.

Jurisdiction and contact

Ontario law and the applicable federal laws of Canada govern this agreement. Ontario courts may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.
